La Fabrique is steering away from its primary focus of restaurant-bar with micro brewery; the place is fast becoming a musical must with DJs and live concerts. Opened three years ago, La Fabrique is a surprising spot that serves up an excellent home-brewed beer, amber and flavourful or blond and refined, made on-site in copper vats. As for the cuisine, an extensive menu offers equal parts traditional and contemporary cuisine as well as vegetarian specialities. The 300-square meter ground floor is being enlarged, while keeping the family-style spirit, which is the place’s big drawing card. Take a seat wherever you like: order a dish, an excellent beer or a glass of vintage champagne and let the music rip - you are in for one very, very animated evening. On Saturdays, La Fabrique is easy to find, just look for the crowds waiting outside: it’s hard to get in because those inside refuse to leave.
