Cinq Mondes Soins du Spa :
Free Your Mind, Heal Your Body
|
|
The Opéra Louis Jouvet Square is home a peaceful oasis: the Cinq Mondes spa. Jean-Louis Poiroux, its creator (formerly of L’Oreal), believes in a pure and simple philosophy: Adapt the best beauty and health rituals from the world over to the needs of contemporary life.

In France, the 21st century is all about feeling
better. That’s why Cinq Mondes corresponds to Parisian’ (and visitors’) states of
mind. The décor is zen-inspired and minimalist, influenced by India with colors like
purple, the symbol of serenity, and orange, for a boost of energy.

The spa offers an hour-long Taoist face massage from China, using sensitive acupuncture points like the sinuses, the forehead, and the temples for the ultimate healing experience. All is silent as you close your eyes and breathe in the chamomile scent. The skin cleansing is 100% natural, complete with a mask enriched with herbs, plants, fruits, and essential
oils. The estheticians never stop, not even while the mask is on their clients’ faces. They use the wait to perform a foot and hand massage, which adds to the relaxing sensation amplified by the gentle music.
